Very Good Musical Optical Character Program Jan 20, 2007
By Richard Eltzroth I've had version 3 of this Optical Character Recognition program for over a year and found it very useful. The Pro version is the most versatile (and most expensive). From scanning old sheet music and converting it into karaoke style songs to creating intricate scores from scratch that your computer can play back for you and much, much more is included. The very thorough printed manual guides you through the sometimes complicated procedures for doing all this, but in the end you wind up with very enjoyable music. Whether you're just an amateur or an extreme music fan, this program will probably intrigue you.
I just got the newer version 5 of this program and its success in accurately scanning and converting sheet music to playable music is even better
